The hirer of this craft is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. Prior to the start of the hire term, I have been given a practical demonstration

and detailed verbal briefing on the operation of equipment, safe handling of

craft, the identified risks involved and what to do in the event of an emergency

by trained Floatin Fun staff.

2. I will be the hirer of this craft with sufficient skills and fitness to paddle/peddle

without medical conditions. I agree that I am not under the influence of any

type of drugs and alcohol.

3. I will use this craft in a safe and responsible manner, will provide supervision for

all other people in my group, and will care for the hire equipment.

4. I will only carry the maximum number of passengers for which the craft is

designed, as per manufacturer’s instructions, with all passengers wearing a PFD

at all times.

5. Floatin’ Fun staff has clearly identified and explained the designated and

marked area that the craft is permitted.

6. I must report to Floatin Fun staff at the completion of the hire period with

PFD’s and all other hired equipment. The deposit will be with held if equipment

is missing. Any damage caused to the craft will incur a loss of deposit and an

invoice for the cost of repairs will be issued at a later date once repairs have

been carried out.

7. Floatin Fun is not and will not be responsible for any personal injuries to the

hirer, the occupants of the craft or any damages to third parties.

8. Foolish/Dangerous behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the hire

and may incur penalties from Police/Marine Authorities.
